Community Acupuncture

Community acupuncture treatments involve being comfortably reclined on treatment tables arranged in a relaxing group setting. Treatment is provided using effective points on the head, torso, arms, and legs. This style of acupuncture creates a collective healing environment. With this we offer an affordable sliding scale making acupuncture more accessible to more people in the community.

  • Initial $50-$70

  • Subsequent $40-$60

  • Combination with Cupping, Gua Sha, or Tui Na: Initial $80-$100 & subsequent $75-$95

The patient chooses how much to pay.

Private Acupuncture

Private acupuncture treatments are available to those who prefer a bit more privacy. Treatments are one-on-one with the acupuncturist. If you are nervous about trying acupuncture, we recommend booking your first session as a private one, then you are welcome to switch to community afterwards or continue with private sessions.

  • Initial $85 & Subsequent $75

  • Combination with Cupping, Gua Sha, or Tui Na Initial $115 & Subsequent $110

ICBC Patients must book during private hours for direct billing:

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. Cupping sessions can be done on their own or as a combination treatment.

Community (sliding scale):

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Facial acupuncture is a non-invasive treatment that involves using acupuncture to improve skin and fight the ageing process. Facial acupuncture can help reduce wrinkles, diminish fine lines, remove age spots, and lift droopy eyelids. Most courses of cosmetic acupuncture treatment involve 10 or more sessions, as well as additional sessions for maintenance of results.

Scarping Therapy - Gua Sha

Gua sha is mainly used to reduce inflammation and break down scar tissue in order to reduce pain and improve movement in the joints.
Gua sha can also benefit the immune system and can be used to treat the first signs of a cold, fever, and respiratory issues with the lungs. Gua Sha sessions can be booked in combination with your acupuncutre treatment during commuinty or private hours.

Urban Gardening

TCM Massage - Tui Na

Tui Na is a therapeutic form of massage and has been used in China for more than 5,000 years. Tui na makes use of rhythmic compression techniques along different energy channels of the body to establish harmonious flow of qi throughout the body and bringing it back to balance. By applying pressure to meridians, acupoints, and groups of muscles and nerves, tui na removes blockages and works deeply with the positive energy of the body.
